Invitation responses

The invitation responses report shows how invitees are responding to your invitations, day by day, so you can watch momentum build after each send.

Each day shows:

• Attending — the number of invitees who accepted that day
• Declined — the number who declined that day
• Total — all responses for the day

A totals row sums the responses across the whole period. Days are counted in your event's time zone.

The report counts responses to invitations only — it doesn't include +1s or manually added attendees.

Use the date filter to limit the report to responses in a given period.
