Sales

The sales report breaks your ticket sales down by ticket type, so you can see at a glance which tickets are selling and what they're bringing in.

Each ticket type shows:

  • Quantity sold — the number of tickets sold
  • Net of tax — the amount after discounts, excluding tax
  • Tax — the tax charged
  • Discount — the total discounted through coupons
  • Gross — the amount after discounts, including tax

A totals row sums each column across all ticket types.

Discounts are subtracted before the net and gross amounts are calculated, and tax-inclusive and tax-exclusive pricing are both handled: net always excludes tax, and gross always includes it, whichever way the ticket price was set up.

Use the date filter to limit the report to orders created in a given period.
